Villa Adriana - Via Gramsci 5, Panicale - Holiday House
Villa Adriana can be reached in less than 3 minutes' walk from Panicale. You enter an iron gate and walk down to the entrance through a porch. From the porch you have a stunning view of a big valley and high mountains along the horizon. Here you can have your meals on warm days. Inside the house you find a modern kitchen. On your right side, a passage leads to a bedroom with two single beds. On your left in the passage, there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The upper level, a living room with TV, can be reached either from the kitchen through a staircase or from the garden through a big terrace above the bed room. The terrace is furnished with a long table and chairs.
Around the house there are 5000 sq.m of terraced olive groves with fruit trees, grape-vines, roses and kiwis and a rich vegetable garden at the disposal of our guests.
