Five out of the seven holiday apartments we are renting out in Panicale, Umbria,the centre Italy, are located inside the town wall. The oldest ones are from the 13th century. Two apartments are situated in holiday houses outside the wall, but closely connected with the town. Our apartments have been meticulously restored and furnished. Their kitchens are well equipped and all have bathrooms with showers or bathtubs. Six have access to a garden and one is connected with Internet.
We live on the spot
Our Italian holiday apartments are permanently supervised by us. You rent them directly from us and, if necessary, we can be at hand within five minutes. In this way you are close to both English- and Italian-speaking responsible people and to people who are happy to give you tips about interesting events or sites.
You can rent the apartments for one week or more. Our prices include water, electricity and gas for cooking. Cleaning is done before and after your stay.
Upon arrival you will find your beds made. We also provide you with one set of towels for the bathroom and kitchen.
After booking an apartment, you will receive a rental agreement signed by us, which has to be returned signed by you together with a 40% advance payment.

Arrival days
For your convenience you can arrive and depart any day during the week. In this way it is easier for you to plan your trip or get hold of a suitable airline ticket.
Long term rent
The prices on our apartments are from 400 to 650 Euros for the first week.

Extra Service
Seven of our apartments are equipped with washing machines.
If you want your apartment to be cleaned during your stay, or a change of sheets and towels, you can have this service for a minimal charge.
If you arrive by train from the airport and want to be met by us upon arrival at the railway station in Chiusi, we will happily provide the transport also for a minimal charge
