La Dimora di Elisa: a romantic B&B

The B&B,“La dimora di Elisa”, is situated a few steps from the medieval castle of Panicale. This beautiful, antique house is connected to the church S. Agostino which was built in the 14th century. Before you enter, just turn around and enjoy the view to the lake “Lago Trasimeno!

“La dimora di Elisa” has two floors. As you reach the top of the staircase, you find the doors to a lovely terraced garden, hidden behind the house. Its style is of the 19th century and high up you are able to look down at the old roofs of Panicale. At this level, you once again have a view of the famous Trasimeno Lake.

The style of the house and its furniture is all of the 19th century. Somewhat later, it was restored by the family Gobbi-Lucheroni. Today´s owners were close friends of this family. As they restored the house in 2008/ 2009, they have endeavored to save its charm and history. For those who like to stay in a B&B this is a true pearl in medieval Panicale.

Four rooms

“La dimora di Elisa” has one master bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, one finds two master bedrooms, one living room and one breakfast room. Each of the three master bedrooms has a bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.
It is possible to rent part of the house as a suite, which includes a living room, a master bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in for the rooms is from 16.00 to 19.00 and check-out should be no later than 10.00.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room or in the garden from 8.30 to 9.30 each morning.

Prices
A two-night minimum is required. The prices per night and per bedroom vary from 60 to 100 euro.

The prices include:
-a change of sheets after 7 nights
-a change of towels after 3 days
-heating
-continental breakfast “all´italiana”

A dream
When you have made yourself comfortable in “La dimora di Elisa” you are able to take a stroll in 1000-year old Panicale. Within three minutes, you reach the main square, Piazza Umberto I. Here you find two bars and two restaurants. In one of the alleys close to the Piazza there is another restaurant. In Panicale you’ll easily find everything you need to make your stay a comfortable dream.
